WOT Performance Parts Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx with SIGNATURE REQUIRED (unless otherwise specified).

Shipping Information

The majority of products we sell are shipped via UPS or FedEx with signature required (unless noted otherwise). Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and ship your in-stock order. Some in-stock items may ship the same day or within one business day, after which you can track delivery via the tracking number sent to your provided email address.

Please note that some items may require additional processing time due to their location, carrier or warehouse availability, item availability, and other logistical factors. Orders for custom or special-order items may take significantly longer.

Oversized Items: Products that are oversized must be shipped via truck freight/LTL, which differs from standard ground shipments. These items require inspection and a signature upon delivery. For additional information on freight shipping, click here. Shipments to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), APO addresses, Guam, and the Virgin Islands may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Tracking

Once shipped, tracking numbers will be provided via email. For custom or made-to-order items, shipping times may vary significantly due to manufacturing, painting, embroidery, assembly, or other factors.

All products are shipped from authorized WOT Performance Parts shipping locations. International orders and oversized packages may require special delivery arrangements.


Damaged Shipments

If a product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Submit a claim form [here].
  2. Keep the product in its original packaging and box.
  3. Make a detailed list of the damaged or lost item(s).
  4. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents.
  5. If the driver cannot wait for you to inspect the package, write "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it.

Once we receive your claim information, we will contact the shipping carrier to schedule a pickup if necessary. Do not return items without written approval from WOT Performance Parts.

After inspection of the returned product, we will contact you to inform you whether the item can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Important: Once you have signed and accepted a freight shipment, you release the freight company and WOT Performance Parts from liability for damages not noted on the delivery receipt. Inspect all shipments thoroughly before signing.


International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges may not be known at the time of sale, as they are determined when the shipment clears customs.

If an international shipment is refused, any additional fees incurred will be billed to the customer.

Note: WOT Performance Parts does not refund shipping charges.


Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange a product due to one of the following reasons:

       Incorrect part or size purchased.

       Incorrect product received.

       Product arrived defective or damaged.

       Product purchased by mistake.

Please contact our customer service department for assistance.

General Return & Exchange Rules:

  1. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Returns and exchanges require a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Products must be in new condition and original packaging.
  4. Returns related to defects or damages require additional inspection. In some cases, the product must be returned to the original shipment source for verification.
  5. Products that have been installed, modified, or used cannot be returned.
  6. Some returns may not require the physical return of the product. Instructions for disposal or field destruction will be provided when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items:

       Items marked as "Non-Returnable" (indicated on the product page).

       Custom-built orders.

       Wheel & tire packages.

       Special-order items.

       Clearance or scratch-and-dent items.


Return Shipping Charges:

If the return is due to a customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered, no longer needed), customers are responsible for return shipping. In cases of errors by WOT Performance Parts, a return shipping label will be provided.

Original shipping charges and a $10 return processing fee per item will be deducted from any refund provided.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:

Do not attempt to install or modify defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact our customer service team for resolution.

Steps for Replacement or Exchange:

  1. Provide photos or videos of the issue.
  2. Our team will determine the best course of action.
  3. A prepaid return label will be provided if applicable.
  4. Once the product is inspected and confirmed defective or damaged, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Warranty Claims:

Free Shipping Disclaimer:

Free shipping offers apply only to standard ground service within the contiguous U.S. Truck freight and oversize fees may still apply.

For returns subject to a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


Restocking Fees:

A 25% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. This fee is waived for store credit or exchanges. Items returned without original packaging may also incur a restocking fee.

Note: Store credit refunds are still subject to the deduction of original shipping charges.


Store Credit & Exchanges:

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date and can only be redeemed for products listed on WOT Performance Parts.


Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Affirm, etc.). If a refund cannot be processed via the original payment method, an ACH bank transfer may be issued.


Core Deposits:

Certain parts include a core deposit, which is refunded upon return of the core in rebuildable condition. Cores must match the product application and be fully assembled. Unacceptable cores will not be refunded.
